ARIS Therapy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our growing boutique psychotherapy practice. This is a versatile opportunity for an experienced clinician who wants to contribute to the development of a growing clinical team while maintaining their existing practice or commitments.

About ARIS Therapy

ARIS Therapy is a boutique psychotherapy practice providing trauma-informed and integrative mental health services to adults across Ontario. Our clinical focus includes trauma, anxiety, burnout, attachment and relationship concerns, EMDR, and therapy intensives. As we grow into a group practice, we are building a collaborative team grounded in strong clinical standards, professional development, and high-quality client care.

The Role

The Clinical Supervisor will provide individual and/or group supervision to designated clinicians, which may include RP (Qualifying) therapists and practicum students.





Supervision will focus on case conceptualization, treatment planning, ethical practice, risk management, clinical decision-making, and professional development. Depending on experience and interest, opportunities may expand into clinician onboarding, training, quality assurance, and clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision.

· Support case conceptualization and treatment planning.

· Provide guidance on clinical, ethical, documentation, and risk-management concerns.

· Support supervisees in developing clinical skills and professional judgment.

· Provide consultation for complex or higher-risk cases when required.

· Review clinical documentation, reports, or correspondence when appropriate.

· Maintain appropriate supervision documentation.

· Monitor adherence to applicable professional standards and practice policies.

· Complete required evaluations or practicum documentation where applicable.

· Participate in clinical consultation or practice meetings as required.

Qualifications

· Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in positive standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

· Meets applicable CRPO requirements for providing clinical supervision.

· Master's degree or higher in psychotherapy, counselling psychology, psychology, or a related mental health field.

· Strong psychotherapy experience and clinical judgment.

· Experience providing clinical supervision, consultation, or mentorship.

· Strong understanding of ethics, risk management, documentation, boundaries, and standards of practice.





· Appropriate professional liability insurance.

· Comfortable providing virtual supervision to clinicians practising in Ontario.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is an asset:

· EMDR and trauma-focused psychotherapy

· Attachment-focused therapy

· CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, EFT, IFS, or related evidence-informed modalities

· Couples therapy

· Supervising RP (Qualifying) clinicians

· Supervising master's-level practicum students

· Private or group practice

· Clinical leadership and clinician development

Formal EMDR training and experience with EMDR consultation or supervision are strong assets.
