Carpenter / Handyman – Part-Time

Nor-Fab Homes is looking for a reliable and experienced Carpenter/Handyman to join our team in Thunder Bay.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced tradesperson, handyman, contractor, or semi-retired carpenter who is looking for flexible part-time hours or additional work.

What You'll Do

- Perform general carpentry and handyman work
- Assist with modular home finishing, repairs and installations
- Install trim, doors, windows and hardware
- Complete minor renovations and maintenance
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Assist with general construction tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Follow safety procedures and complete work with attention to detail

What We're Looking For

- Previous carpentry, handyman, renovation or construction experience preferred
- Experience using construction tools and equipment
- Good understanding of basic carpentry and construction practices
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship




- Able to lift materials and perform physical work
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Ability to work independently when required
