Hot Tub Technician
About the Opportunity
We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term skillset with our company. Experience with hot tubs is not required. In fact, most of us knew nothing about hot tubs when we started. What matters most to us is your motivation, reliability, and genuine desire to be part of the team. We can teach the technical skills, we cannot teach work ethic, honesty, and drive. If you are dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in doing things properly, this could be a outstanding fit.
To apply, please submit your resume (including employment dates and general responsibilities at previous jobs) and a short paragraph that includes the text: “Hire Me 2026” to confirm you’ve read this posting carefully. In that paragraph, simply tell us the top three reasons you want this job. Earning income and paying bills is absolutely a valid reason, just be honest and straightforward. No formal cover letter is required. Please do not come to the store, this will not help your eligibility, it will only hurt your changes for not following the directions that everyone else has to follow. Best of luck.
The Role
This is a paid hot tub technician role. You will work directly alongside our senior hot tub technician as a helper and trainee for the first month or so then you will be out in the field or in our shop fixing tubs, this all depends on the skill level and your level of comfort working alone.
The goal is to develop your skills over time so that you can confidently operate independently with a company vehicle and tools. Training speed depends on your commitment, effort, and ability to learn. We invest in people who invest in themselves.
What We’re Looking For
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, high school education, strong English communication skills (spoken and written), bondable, and physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly with heavier lifting occasionally. . Experience in construction, plumbing, electrical is a valuable asset however mechanical work, or general labor is helpful but not required.
What You’ll Learn and Do
Assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing hot tubs; learn to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components; perform routine service and water quality checks; use hand and power tools safely and effectively; help prepare job sites as needed; communicate professionally with customers; and maintain service records and documentation. You will gradually build mechanical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and customer service skills as you gain experience.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional earlier starts (8:00 AM) or later days (up to 6:00 PM). If you are looking for a hands-on career opportunity where effort and attitude matter more than experience, we would be happy to hear from you.
