PerfectCleaningNiagara is a professional cleaning company specializing in post-construction and residential move-out cleaning. We are looking for a detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaner to join our team.

You will work on newly built or renovated residential units, ensuring every unit is spotless and ready for clients or tenants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with steady work and long-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Remove all construction debris, dust, and dirt from residential units
- Clean and polish kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Detail cabinets, countertops, appliances, and window tracks
- Perform high dusting (vents, ceilings, light fixtures, top shelves)
- Vacuum and mop floors using proper techniques
- Ensure all units meet quality standards before final walkthrough
- Follow safety protocols and use protective gear when necessary
- Communicate clearly with the team and supervisor

Requirements:

Must-Have:

- Prior experience in post-construction cleaning or commercial residential cleaning
- Ability to lift and move moderate furniture and equipment




- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Dependable and punctual

Preferred:

- Experience using HEPA vacuums
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and techniques for construction dust
- Familiarity with Ontario workplace safety standards

Physical Requirements:

- Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Handling ladders, cleaning equipment, and tools

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
