Who we are:

Signal West Contracting Ltd. is an established Electrical/Civil Contractor in British Columbia looking for an experienced, full-time Lane Closure Technician to work in the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley area. We work in Abbotsford, Langley, Surrey, New Westminster, Burnaby and Vancouver.

What are your responsibilities?

- Safely setting up sites as per the MOTi and other regulations.
- Tracking equipment and maintaing company vehicle.
- Communicating clearly with drivers, crews on-site and fellow traffic control personnel.
- Filling out and signing off on pre-job paperwork (FLRA’s and TMP’s)
- Working with other TCP's on site.
- Safely tearing down job sites.

What is required for this job?

- Valid TCP ticked recognized by provincial regulator - BCCSA, Worksafe (Required)
- Clean Drivers Abstract (Required)
- Minimum 6 months LCT experience.




- Available to work Monday to Friday (with potential overtime)
- Able to work in various outdoor conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs (cones, windmasters and signs)
- A positive attitude!!

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
