The Opportunity

You may already have sales experience—or you may simply know that you have the personality, confidence, energy, and drive to succeed in sales.

We are open to individuals who are new to sales but are willing to learn, accept training, work hard, and develop their skills. What matters most to us is your attitude, initiative, communication skills, determination, and willingness to succeed.

This is a hands-on opportunity where you will learn how to identify potential clients, build relationships, understand business needs, present solutions, and develop new business.

Compensation

We offer flexible compensation options based on experience, background, and suitability for the role:

- 100% Commission-Based: An opportunity for highly motivated individuals who prefer an earning structure directly tied to their sales performance.
- Base Salary + Commission: Available for candidates with relevant sales experience and demonstrated ability, with compensation determined based on experience and qualifications.





Strong performers will have the opportunity to increase their earnings and take on greater responsibilities as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
- Connect with potential clients and introduce Ridgeway's services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions
- Arrange and participate in client meetings
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
- Follow up consistently with prospects and opportunities
- Work toward individual and company sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive client experience
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and community functions
