- Welcome guests with hospitality. You may be the first person they see when they start their day.
- Take pride in completing guest orders, including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts and more.
- Prepare delicious sandwiches and wraps with care and consistency.
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and safety guidelines when preparing products and using equipment.
- Bring a positive attitude and make guests’ days better—every shift, every time.

REQUIREMENTS

- Welcome guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and provide great service every visit.
- Work in a fast-paced front-of-house environment while staying calm and focused.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the proper procedures.




- Handle food and beverage requests with care while following Tim Hortons standards.
- Use cash, debit, and credit payment systems correctly and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
- Follow health, safety, and food-handling guidelines at all times.
- Work well as part of a team and communicate with coworkers to keep things running smoothly.
- Be dependable and available for full-time or part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Show a willingness to learn and support new processes or training as they come up.
