Location: Etobicoke, ON
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Prepare paints, solvents and materials for production
- Assist the Paint Line Operator with machine setup
- Mix and pump paint as instructed
- Check paint viscosity and report any issues
- Clean paint equipment, paint room and work area
- Handle paint waste, solvent drums and materials safely
- Operate hand carts and drum-handling equipment
- Operate a forklift when required
- Follow production, quality and safety procedures
- Wear required PPE, including a respirator
- Report equipment or safety issues to the Supervisor
Requirements
- 1 year of manufacturing, paint line, industrial painting or production experience is an asset
- Experience with paint mixing, coating or paint preparation is an asset
- Forklift certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
- Able to read basic work orders and instructions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Able to lift 30–50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working around paint fumes, heat, machinery and noise
- Comfortable wearing required PPE and respirator
