Santa’Ville is a Canadian retailer and manufacturer of personalized Christmas decorations. For over a decade, we’ve been bringing holiday magic to families across Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick.

We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Santa’Ville team at Halifax Shopping Centre for the 2026 Christmas season.

About the Role

As a Santa’Ville Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in creating a positive and memorable experience for every customer. You’ll assist customers with product selection, personalized orders, sales, and general questions while helping keep the store organized and running smoothly.

This is a hands-on seasonal retail position where you’ll work closely with the Store Manager and team to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the busy Christmas season.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection and personalized Christmas decorations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products based on their wants and preferences.
- Promote Santa’Ville products and support sales through appropriate upselling.
- Assist customers with personalized orders and ensure information is entered accurately.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Store Manager when required.

Personalization & Product Support:

- Assist with personalization of products according to customer requests.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail when preparing personalized orders.




- Learn Santa’Ville products, procedures, and personalization processes.
- Demonstrate creativity and artistic ability when required.

Inventory & Store Operations:

- Restock and organize products as needed.
- Report damaged, missing, stolen, or inaccurate inventory to the Store Manager.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Keep the store/kiosk, displays, and storage areas clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow all Santa’Ville procedures, dress code, and mall policies.
- Support the team with daily tasks and other duties as required.

- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.

- Strong interest in providing excellent customer experiences.
- Basic artistic ability, creative skills, or experience with personalized products is an asset.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Flexible availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts based on business needs.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.

Pay: $17.15-$17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
