We're looking for Floral Workshop Leads to join our roster and lead hands-on workshops in our Bowness studio.

Our workshops are relaxed, creative and welcoming. We're looking for people who can confidently lead a room, share their floral knowledge in an approachable way, and create an experience guests enjoy as much as the project they take home.

What You'll Do

- Lead floral and botanical workshops, from fresh floral designs to wreaths, centrepieces and seasonal projects
- Demonstrate techniques and guide participants through the design process
- Encourage creativity while providing individual support when needed
- Prepare flowers, greenery, tools and materials
- Manage workshop timing and flow
- Assist with setup, cleanup and studio reset
- Represent Bloom Culture with warmth and professionalism

What We're Looking For

- Previous floral design experience
- A strong eye for colour, texture and composition
- Comfortable speaking to and leading groups




- Able to explain and demonstrate creative techniques clearly
- Warm, confident and approachable
- Organized, dependable and able to take ownership of a workshop
- Able to work on your feet and lift workshop supplies
- Evening and weekend availability

Previous teaching or workshop experience is an asset, but isn't required.

Position Details

This is a casual, as-needed position with opportunities throughout the year. Workshop frequency varies with our public calendar and private bookings, with our greatest demand from September through December.

Compensation: $20–$25/hour, based on experience.
