AutoLook Fine Cars is a growing pre-owned vehicle dealership serving customers across the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in quality pre-owned vehicles and provide our customers with qualified assistance throughout the purchasing, financing, and trade-in process.
As we expand our retail operations and move into a larger location, we are looking for motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with an expanding dealership and build a long-term career in automotive sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing vehicles
- Respond to online, telephone, and walk-in inquiries
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain available financing, warranty, and protection options
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Work closely with the sales manager, finance department, and other team members
- Achieve individual and dealership sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service before and after each sale
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience is strongly preferred
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
- OMVIC registration is preferred; candidates eligible to obtain OMVIC registration may also be considered
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented
- Comfortable following up with customers by telephone, text message, and social media
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends when required
