We’re recruiting for an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our growing clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves combining clinical expertise, advanced technology, personalized patient care, and beauty in a professional medical aesthetics environment.

What You’ll Do

- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, IPL, laser hair removal, and laser resurfacing
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and analyses to understand each client’s goals and concerns
- Develop customized, multi-treatment skincare plans designed to achieve outstanding results
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation, including treatment settings, skin reactions, products, and client progress
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through exceptional service and personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and Nurse Injector to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain a spotless, organized,



and professional treatment environment
- Follow all required infection-control, sanitation, privacy, and clinical safety protocols

We’re looking for:

- Licensed Medical Esthetician
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar clinical setting
- Certified Laser Technician (CLT) or advanced clinical aesthetics certification is an asset
- Experience with advanced aesthetic devices and treatment modalities
- Robust knowledge of medical-grade skincare products such as SkinCeuticals, ZO Skin Health, and SkinMedica
- Excellent consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence recommending treatments and professional skincare products
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to clinical hygiene and safety
- A warm, professional, and enthusiastic approach to patient care

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
