We specialize in rope access and high-rise building exterior maintenance but now also looking to grow our ground crew. Our team members take great pride in the work they do. Position Type: Full Time- Permanent / Seasonal
Description of Duties:
- Work in a team and perform professional window cleaning techniques and other services we offer.
- Perform efficient, safe, and quality work.
- Follow safe work procedures and safe job practices.
- Comply with company rules and local, provincial, and federal regulations.
- Get to a job site and start work on time, driving a crew van.
Skills and Requirements:
- Good teamwork adaptation.
- Hard-working and in good physical shape.
- Detailed orientated.
- Safety-focused.
- Experiance with working on ladders and lifts.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Like working outdoors.
- Driver licenses class 5, fall arrest certificate,
and police clearance.
Compensation: After we set you up for success, you will be paid for piecework. Skilled and experienced technicians can earn, on average, $200-$300 per day (including bonuses) - weather depending.
On top of that, we offer health benefits after the probation period.
