Must Have:

· Thorough knowledge of large-scale complex systems analysis techniques and methodologies, design and development, programming concepts and languages, internet/intranet and emerging technologies.

· Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience of full-stack multi-tier solutions / system components analysis, design, coding and systems integration, using multiple technologies - REST API, SOAP/WSDL web services, JSON/XML messaging and User Interface (e.g. Web components, UI libraries/frameworks), as well as integration with third party solutions / services.

· Able to identify and coordinate the resolution of technical problems and incidents, conduct research, assess client requirements, lead design projects, and develop recommendations.

RQ11411 - Software Developer - SeniorMandatory Requirements

At least 10 years of hands-on experience with software development, especially highly sensitive / secure, high performance, high availability Cloud solutions, including application performance analysis, modeling, and tuning.

Must have extensive experience (5+ years) in development of enterprise-grade applications using Restful API and Angular frameworks, Micro Service Model, etc, and API documentation / testing.

Must have demonstrated experience (5+ years) in Front-end / User Interface development including proficiency in HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript, responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility, and deep knowledge of Angular Framework like components, services, modules, decorators, routing, and the latest Angular features and best practices.





Experience with enterprise integration technologies, such as JMS, AMQP, REST, or IBM Mainframe interfaces (e.g. IMS Adapter), and an understanding of how to use them in a Spring Integration context.

Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience

Have knowledge on application security in Cloud workplace, for example, Oauth2, Multi-Factor Authentication, SSO, OWASP, certificate based or protected API, JWT Authentication, TLS1.2, and Digital Signature (and its interoperability between multiple applications).

Hands-on experience in pdf generation and implementation

Have knowledge in database administration, database performance management, data cleansing, data quality, and data conversion & validation.

Must Have:

Demonstrates knowledge of data analytics, including relational databases, geospatial analysis, spatial data management, data visualization, and analytical frameworks used to support business decision-making.

Demonstrates proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R Shiny, ArcGIS, or equivalent reporting and analytical platforms.

Demonstrates the ability to analyze, integrate, and interpret both spatial and non-spatial datasets to support planning, compliance, reporting, and decision-making activities.

Demonstrates the ability to develop and apply predictive models, analytical frameworks, business intelligence solutions, and geospatial analysis techniques.
