Looking for a hands-on production role where attention to detail matters, quality is taken seriously, and you can continue building your skills? We’re looking for a Production Technician to join the Continental Chain & Rigging team, part of the Hercules Group of Companies, in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you’ll manufacture and inspect polyester and high-performance round slings used by customers across industrial environments. If you have sewing experience, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, we’ll provide the industrial sewing training you need to learn our products and processes.

What We Offer

- $20–$22/hour, with a structured pay scale as you grow in the role.
- Consistent Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule

What You’ll Do

- Manufacture polyester and high-performance round slings according to specifications
- Cut, prepare, sew, and assemble materials for standard and customized products
- Follow production instructions and specifications carefully to ensure accuracy
- Inspect completed products and perform quality checks before they leave the department
- Work toward production requirements and customer shipping deadlines
- Identify quality issues and ensure finished products meet established standards
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
- Work independently while collaborating with the production team when needed

What You’ll Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sewing experience — industrial sewing experience is preferred, but specialized industrial training will be provided
- Familiarity with different sewing techniques
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to follow measurements, specifications, and instructions accurately




- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist level
- Ability to manage repetitive, hands-on production work while maintaining consistency and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organization and time-management skills
