Eco Choice Windows & Doors is expanding into the Ottawa market, and we’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the region.

This is an opportunity for a proven in-home sales professional to join an established window and door company while becoming a key member of our Ottawa expansion.

You’ll receive qualified homeowner appointments and the tools and support needed to succeed. Your focus will be easy: run professional consultations, build trust, recommend the right solution, and close business.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct pre-set, in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners throughout the Ottawa region
- Assess customer needs and recommend the right window and door solutions
- Deliver professional product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Prepare quotes and clearly explain product options, pricing, financing, and current promotions
- Build trust and confidently guide homeowners through the buying decision
- Close sales during the in-home consultation using a professional, consultative approach
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and manage your sales pipeline
- Accurately document appointments, quotes, sales, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Develop a strong understanding of the Ottawa market and identify opportunities for growth
- Represent Eco Choice Windows & Doors professionally as we expand our presence throughout the region

What We’re Looking For

- Proven outside or in-home sales experience
- Window and door sales experience is strongly preferred
- Experience selling other high-ticket home improvement products such as HVAC, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, or similar products will also be considered
- Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket residential sales
- Strong presentation, communication, listening, and objection-handling skills




- Confident discussing pricing, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale
- Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and accountable
- Comfortable working independently and managing a sales territory
- Strong follow-up and CRM discipline
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Available for evening and weekend appointments when required
