We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front House Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Clover POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated effectively
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, preparation, and serving processes
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with sanitation guidelines




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery for timely service
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
