Duties

- Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and accurately document window door issues
- Perform routine check up for services have been done
- Assist and book services, checks to ensure work meets safety standard
- Maintain detailed records of service work, parts orders and customer interactions




- Support the sales team by promoting service packages and maintenance plans to clients

Requirements

- Proven experience or background working within an windows doors service environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience in windows doors field
- Knowledge of windows doors , and installation procedures is highly desirable
