Material Handler

Location: Dartmouth, NS
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. This is a full time, day-shift opportunity for an individual with shipping and receiving experience who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
- Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials throughout the facility
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Ensure materials are stored properly and warehouse areas remain organized
- Enter and update information within the ERP system
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

- Previous shipping and receiving experience required




- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Experience with ERP systems is considered a strong asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
