Job Summary
We are seeking an Inventory & Parts Coordinator to manage inventory analysis, purchasing, and parts coordination across our warehouse, regional depots, technician vehicles, and customer consignment locations.

The role combines inventory control and analysis with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, including physical counts, variance analysis, replenishment and purchasing decisions, inventory transfers, parts picking, shipping and receiving, stocking, and recalls.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or warehouse operations, along with ERP/MRP experience and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Job Duties

This role is the primary point of contact for all inventory issues and is expected to cover for staffing shortages within the inventory management department (excluding duties performed by production staff).

INVENTORY ANALYSIS AND CONTROL (50%)

- Manage the inventory count process across the main Toronto warehouse, three regional depots, technician vans, customer consignment inventory, and quarantine, obsolete, and showroom inventory.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory variance reports at the warehouse and company level.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure remote locations are appropriately stocked.
- Identify excess and obsolete inventory and coordinate parts recalls and transfers between locations.
- Analyze parts shortages and arrange transfers from locations with surplus inventory.




- Analyze parts requirements and act as the primary purchaser of parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation in the ERP system.

PHYSICAL PARTS AND WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS (50%)

- Pick and prepare parts for transfer to technicians.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Restock parts returned through recalls and inventory transfers.
- Maintain accurate physical and system documentation for parts movements.
- Provide coverage for the Parts Coordinator as required.
- Support general warehouse and parts operations as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to lift and carry parts, including occasional heavier items.
- Ability to perform overhead lifting.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive warehouse activities.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack.
- No travel is required. Oversight of regional depots is conducted remotely.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
