Residential Leasing Coordinator (Part time)
Vancouver, BC | 20-30 Hours per Week | Tuesday-Saturday

Warrington PCI Management (WPM) is hiring a Residential Leasing Coordinator to support our Residential Leasing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a 3rd or 4th year student or recent graduate who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and wants to learn more about the residential real estate industry.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting leasing operations, resident communications, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day administrative activities while working alongside experienced residential leasing professionals.
Please Note: This is an administrative support role. The Residential Leasing Coordinator provides administrative, customer service, marketing, and operational support to the Residential Leasing Team. All leasing activities requiring licensing, negotiations, professional judgment, tenancy decisions, or lease execution are performed by appropriately licensed professionals.
Availability
- 20-30 hours per week
- Most evenings and one weekend shift is required (Example: Tuesday to Saturday; Sunday to Thursday).
- Available to start as soon as possible

What You'll Be Doing
Administrative & Leasing Support
- Respond to general rental inquiries and direct prospects to the appropriate team member
- Schedule property tours, appointments, and follow-up communications
- Assist with application processing, reference checks, and credit checks
- Prepare leasing packages and administrative documentation for review
- Maintain accurate digital files, records, and resident information
- Support resident onboarding and move-in coordination
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative projects
Marketing & Resident Engagement
- Assist with social media content and marketing initiatives
- Help create promotional materials, advertisements, and resident communications
- Support resident events and community engagement activities
- Assist with updating online listings and marketing materials
- Contribute ideas to improve resident communications and engagement
Customer Service & Team Support
- Serve as a friendly first point of contact for residents and prospective tenants
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to general administrative inquiries
- Coordinate information between residents, vendors,
and team members
- Collaborate with the Residential Leasing Specialist and Residential Team on various projects
Who You Are
We're not expecting previous leasing or property management experience. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys helping people, and is excited to gain experience in a professional environment.
You may be a great fit if you are currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in the following specializations: Business, Commerce, Real Estate or a related field
- Enjoy working with others and providing great customer service
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can manage multiple tasks while staying organized
- Are proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment
Bonus Points If You Have
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or event experience
- Experience creating content for social media
- Administrative experience in an office environment
- Familiarity with Yardi or other property management software
Don't worry if you don't have experience in all of these areas.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
