Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales platform and digital marketing efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive e-commerce growth, optimize supply chain processes, and enhance customer experience through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for retail management, and expertise in supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share.
- Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website performance metrics.
- Manage warehouse distribution, procurement, sourcing, and materials management to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, procurement, and logistics to improve processes and implement new initiatives.
- Monitor warehouse management systems (WMS),



ERP systems like AS400, and 3PL providers to ensure efficient operations.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in e-commerce management within retail or related industries.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain management including demand planning, procurement, warehouse distribution, and materials management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with experience in sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets through data mining and data collection techniques for process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), forklift operation certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of retail management principles combined with analysis skills for continuous process enhancement.
