Job Summary

Responsibilities

· Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

· Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent food preparation, cooking, serving, and customer service.





· Manage food handling procedures in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.

· Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and assisting with on boarding new team members.

· Operate POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.

· Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, including proper food storage, preparation, and kitchen cleanliness.

· Lead by example in hospitality and leadership roles, fostering a positive work environment and teamwork.

Experience

· Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is highly preferred.

· Demonstrated supervising experience with team management responsibilities.

· Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food industry standards.

· Experience in interviewing and on boarding new staff members is desirable.

· Strong leadership skills combined with excellent customer service abilities are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $40,500.00-$42,225.00 per year
