Crumbl is looking for a Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leadership, hospitality, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of bakers and shift leads
- Create schedules that hit labour targets while supporting sales
- Oversee production to ensure quality, consistency, and brand standards
- Drive guest experience and upselling opportunities
- Manage inventory, food cost, and waste control
- Execute weekly menu changes smoothly and on time
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and high-energy store

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of leadership or restaurant management experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Confident decision-maker who leads with accountability
- Positive, engaging leadership style
- Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
