Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging early childhood education activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Support children’s individual needs by applying special education strategies and adapting lessons accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues in English to ensure clear understanding and collaboration.
- Maintain organized classroom environments, manage time efficiently, and uphold safety standards at all times.
- Use computer operation skills to document progress, prepare reports, and manage educational records accurately.
- Lead classroom activities with enthusiasm, demonstrating solid leadership and organizational skills to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in early childhood education settings or childcare environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs.
- Proven teaching experience that highlights effective communication skills and classroom management abilities.
- Familiarity with computer operation, software applications related to education, and classroom technology tools.
- Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support child development goals.
