Job Overview:

As a Customer & Sales Operations Specialist, you will own the day-to-day order management and dealer program administration that keeps the Canadian sales operation running accurately and on time. You will process and monitor customer and dealer orders in SAP from entry through fulfillment, flag discrepancies before they become problems, and serve as the primary point of contact for trade partners on delivery scheduling, shipment status, and order changes.

You will also administer sales, marketing, and co-op programs in Excel, keeping dealer data consolidated, accurate, and audit-ready. Beyond the systems work,



you will handle the office phone line directly, responding to product, order, and account inquiries from end users and trade partners, and managing claims from intake through resolution follow-up.

Background Profile:

- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, order administration, or customer service role in a B2B, distribution, or automotive/aftermarket environment
- SAP order entry experience is a must
- Advanced Excel skills is a must
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred, not required

Benefits, Compensation, & Features:

- CAD $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience
