OverviewWe are looking for a reliable person to help with general manual labour and renovation clean-out work.

Job Duties:

Remove and carry mattresses, several old TVs, boxes of documents, and other unwanted items from the upstairs rooms.

Explicit out unwanted items and trash from the upstairs hallway.

Carry everything downstairs and load it onto a truck.

Remove carpet from the stairs and guest rooms.

Remove an old bathtub.

Help with other general moving, clean-out, and demolition work as needed.

Requirements:

No experience or special skills required.

Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items.

Must be comfortable working on stairs and doing physical labour.

Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions.

Must work carefully to avoid damaging the property.

Pay: $18.50 per hour

This is temporary work, with the possibility of additional work in the future.

Pay: $18.50 per hour
