The Stelmach Community Health

Centre is the newest part of Covenant Health, which opened Fall 2025. It provides a wide range of services including outpatient clinics, doctors’ offices, diagnostic imaging and other wellness supports. It’s the first step in building a larger campus that will eventually include housing, shops and social services—all designed to bring care and community together in one place.

Description

The Clerk III provides a wide range of clerical support, with varying duties depending on the specified program/department. The Clerk III performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 2111 Collective Agreement.

Required Qualifications High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.

Additional Required Qualifications

Certificate from a recognized training program. One year recent related experience working in an ambulatory clinic setting.

Experience working with Connect Care in an ambulatory setting. Robust communication skills and ability to adapt communication style to meet varying needs. Proficient computer skills. Good organizational and conflict resolution skills required. Excellent time management skills. Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications

Recent experience working in an ambulatory clinic setting that provides care to seniors with mental health and addictions diagnosis.
