In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles and equipment, working under minimal supervision to keep our operations moving.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive, truck, or heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of fuel, ignition, cooling, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and air brake systems; Diagnostic Skills: Ability to utilize vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes and effectively diagnose defects.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services and conduct safety checks on vehicles and equipment. Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems; utilize vehicle computer electronic systems to initiate repairs. Perform emergency breakdown service calls and complete repairs within Standard Repair Times (SRTs).
Documentation & Planning: Accurately document repairs, parts usage, and repair times using fleet maintenance software; review and complete repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs).
Parts Management: Estimate time and material costs for repairs and requisition necessary parts.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area in strict accordance with Corporate and OSHA standards.
