Role Description The Account Executive is a part-time hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This role focuses on managing client relationships, understanding event objectives, and translating client needs into transparent project requirements for internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and quotes, coordinating with production and operations teams, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.

The Account

Executive will follow up on opportunities, maintain an organized pipeline,



and support contract negotiations to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Some evening or weekend availability may be required to align with event schedules and client needs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, understand client objectives, and provide consultative support.
- Experience in sales or account management, including lead generation, proposal preparation, and opportunity follow-up.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including clear email communication and professional client presentations.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with both remote and on-site team members in Vancouver, BC.
- Familiarity with live events, audio-visual production, or marketing activations is an asset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations), and online collaboration platforms.
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
