Account Executive: $20/hr + Uncapped Commission (Sudbury)

SocialRise is hiring Account Executives in Sudbury. You'll be selling internet, TV, and mobile services door to door on behalf of one of Canada's established telecom providers, on a live contract.

This isn't a job for everyone. It's for people who want to be paid for what they produce and are willing to work for it.

The pay, straight

- $20/hour guaranteed, paid bi-weekly, whether you sell or not
- $30 per unit sold, uncapped, from day one
- Commission rate goes up after your 90-day probation, so you earn more per sale as you grow
- $2,000 bonus when you hit your first 90-day milestone
- Performance bonuses and paid travel incentives on top

Do the math: a full schedule is $1,400 base every two weeks before you sell anything. Close three a day and you're adding $900 on top of that. There's no ceiling. Local company. Local people.

The work

You'll be out across Sudbury and the surrounding area, having real conversations with homeowners, making real sales, earning real commission. Outside, moving, meeting new people every day. If you'd rather be out in the world than stuck behind a desk, this is your kind of job.

- Comfortable on your feet outdoors for a full shift
- The mindset to hear a no and stay sharp at the next door
- Willing to travel overnight at least once a month (we cover it)

No experience required. We'll train you on the rest.

Training

Five days paid at your full $20/hour, in class and in the field. Then structured onboarding, product and sales training, field shadowing, and ongoing coaching. Our goal is simple: get you earning fast.

A vehicle is nice to have but isn't required. Some of our top performers started without one. We'll get you where you need to be.

Travel: paid, and one of the best parts

You'll head outside Sudbury at least once a month, including overnight trips, with stops across Ontario and the chance to work other provinces. Mileage and accommodation covered. Some of our team's biggest paycheques come from these campaigns.
