About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Relationship Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing dealer accounts, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with a small, local team to provide financing solutions, specifically floorplanning, for independent auto dealerships.
Your role will involve engaging with dealers to understand their needs, promoting our product offerings, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a background in sales or sales support, and possess a keen eye for detail. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization that values internal promotion and career development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or sales support.
- A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25-50% within your designated market.
- Proficiency in using technology such as mobile applications, CRM systems, and relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of accountability and focus on achieving local business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs through CRM tools and work queues.
- Identify dealer requirements and promote appropriate product solutions and marketing campaigns.
- Manage existing accounts to foster growth and retention through regular engagement and performance reviews.
- Service dealer accounts by providing timely support, mitigating risks, and resolving issues effectively.
- Drive new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and expanding the dealer network.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and contribute to overall organizational success.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, transactions, and account statuses.
