About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Purchase to Pay (P2P) to support our Procure-to-Pay operations within a fast-paced corporate workplace.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP ECC , strong attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently process a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and process service receipts in SAP ECC for completed services.
- Review service receipts and transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Route completed service receipts to the appropriate final approver.
- Process approximately 75 service receipts per day while maintaining high accuracy.
- Investigate transactions that cannot be processed due to missing information, discrepancies, or system issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved transactions to the Level 2 Support Team .
- Monitor outstanding service receipts and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with P2P processes, internal controls, and company policies.
- Collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, procurement teams,



and other business partners to resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve transaction processing, efficiency, and service quality.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with SAP ECC , ideally within Procurement, Accounts Payable, or P2P .
- Experience with Service Entry Sheets (SES), service receipts, or service receipting is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and meet daily productivity targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both English and French .

Preferred Experience
- Experience in a shared services or large corporate environment .
- Knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes .
- Experience with SAP procurement and accounts payable processes.
- Understanding of procurement controls and transaction compliance.
