Duties

- Assisted the physician with various cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.
- Prepared treatment rooms and ensured all equipment and surfaces were properly
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and treatment benefits to support their aesthetic goals
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict cleanliness and sterilization protocols
- Provide outstanding guest services by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through available treatments and products
- Assist with retail sales and recommending appropriate skincare or beauty products to enhance client results
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests,



and handling client inquiries efficiently
- Support the team with hospitality duties to ensure a welcoming setting that promotes relaxation and satisfaction

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an aesthetician or in a similar beauty or skincare role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean treatment area
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about treatments and products
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while providing exceptional guest services
- Passion for the beauty industry with a desire to stay current on trends and new techniques
