JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Assistant Spa Director, the Aesthetician creates relaxing, personalized, and memorable spa experiences for Grotto Spa guests while maintaining established treatment and service standards.

This hands-on role provides professional aesthetic treatments in accordance with Grotto Spa protocols while offering knowledgeable product recommendations and personalized home care guidance to support each guest’s experience and wellness goals.

The Aesthetician maintains clean, organized, and prepared treatment areas, follows established sanitation and safety practices, and works collaboratively with Spa Team Members to provide professional, attentive, and consistent guest care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform professional aesthetic treatments according to Grotto Spa protocols, service standards, and scheduled treatment times.
- Provide personalized product and home care recommendations based on individual guest needs while promoting relevant spa and resort offerings.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, and dispensary areas to ensure they are clean, organized,



stocked, and ready for use.
- Follow all required sanitation, sterilization, health and safety, and infection prevention procedures.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality while providing professional, attentive, and personalized care throughout each treatment.
- Work collaboratively with Spa Team Members while following Grotto Spa policies, protocols, professional standards, and training requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Valid and current Aesthetics certification from a recognized training program is required.
- Qualified, personable, and committed to providing exceptional and attentive guest care.
- Passionate about the spa industry and willing to continually learn and adapt to new treatments, techniques, products, and protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism and composure in a guest-focused environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including multiple treatments throughout the shift.

COMPENSATION $18.25 per hour + gratuties and commission structure
