Role Description The Agency Sales Director is a full time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, responsible for leading and expanding NMG’s portfolio of agency and brand clients. This role includes driving new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and overseeing sales operations to ensure consistent revenue growth.

The Agency Sales

Director will collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and deliver strategic advertising solutions tailored to fashion, art, and celebrity e-commerce brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, coaching and mentoring sales team members, monitoring performance metrics,



and ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the client lifecycle. The role also involves staying current with industry trends and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies and positioning.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in digital advertising, software (SAAS) or related industries.

- Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization to support scalable growth.

- Proven Team Management skills, including leading, motivating, and developing sales professionals in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.

- Familiarity with digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and e-commerce business models is strongly preferred.
