Role Description The Affiliate Content Creator is a flexible remote role responsible for developing content that drives affiliate sales and brand awareness for P90 Labs™.

When I was playing overseas in Australia, I saw a similar theme with all my teammates. We were all getting paid a decent wage, but with so much free time during the day, the lads wanted more money.

So they did the typical: Labour on the construction site, pouring coffee at the local cafe, etc.



The results were that my teammates came to training tired from work. They didn't perform, they got dropped from the starting 11, and then they didn't get paid.

Now, they had to work more to make up for the money they missed, they came to training even more tired, and it was a vicious cycle.

When I founded P90 Labs I knew I could use it as an chance for high level athletes to make a genuine income alongside their football career without it impacting training.

Through this, I'm also aiming to make a competitive community of creators who are also making content for the brand and can work alongside each other remotely.

The role is to make short form content across Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube to drive brand awareness and ultimately sales.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in making engaging short form video (Experience preferred, not required)
- Strong awareness of short form trends
- Ideally a high-level soccer player, with strong understanding of player pain points, relatability, and desire for improved performance
- Willingness to learn
- Creative freedom, ability to ideate without constantly being micromanaged
