Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 7+ years of experience in software and AI engineering to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience with machine learning and data processing, and a solid understanding of up-to-date software engineering practices.

Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is preferred. The successful candidate should also be comfortable working with APIs, cloud platforms, AI/ML frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions to support business and technical requirements.
- Develop scalable and maintainable software solutions using Python.
- Apply machine learning, deep learning, and data-processing techniques to real-world problems.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models and supporting applications.
- Work with APIs and cloud-based platforms to deploy and integrate AI solutions.
- Explore and contribute to Generative AI and LLM-based solutions where applicable.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and engineering methodologies.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and software applications.
- Use Git and up-to-date source-control practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, development, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize AI/ML solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.




- Conduct research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and/or AI engineering.
- Strong hands-on programming experience with Python.
- Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Data Processing

- Experience working with APIs and cloud platforms.
- Experience with up-to-date AI/ML frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of software development and engineering best practices.
- Experience with:

- CI/CD
- Git
- Agile methodologies

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of modern AI application development and deployment practices.
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise software applications.
