Job Role : AI Governance Lead / Manager

Establish and operationalize AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible, secure, compliant, and value-driven adoption of AI across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and implement AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

· Establish policies, standards, and controls for AI/GenAI solutions.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, security, and ethical AI requirements.

· Lead AI risk assessments, model reviews, and approval processes.

· Monitor AI models for performance, bias, explainability, and accountability.

· Drive AI lifecycle governance covering development, deployment, and operations.

· Partner with Legal, Security, Data, Risk, and Business teams to align AI initiatives.

· Develop governance dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.

· Stay current with evolving AI regulations and industry best practices.

· Promote responsible AI awareness and governance adoption across the organization.

Required Skills





· Robust understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, and MLOps.

· Experience in AI governance, risk management, compliance, or data governance.

· Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, model risk management, and AI regulations.

· Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, and Microsoft Responsible AI.

· Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Risk, or related field.

· 8+ years of experience in AI, data, governance, risk, or compliance roles.

· Relevant certifications in AI, risk, security, or governance preferred.
