The Opportunity
We are seeking professional and compassionate Allied Health Practitioners (including, but not limited to: Naturopaths, Osteopaths, Lactation Consultants, Sex Therapists, and other specialized practitioners in women's health) to join our team as sub-contractors.
In our model, dedicated wellness and therapeutic services are vital tools for managing life transitions, chronic conditions, hormonal shifts, and emotional or physical well-being. At Stillwater, you will practice in a newly renovated, clinical-wellness environment,
collaborating directly with physicians and other wellness professionals to support a diverse patient base within a comprehensive circle of care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Treatment: Conduct thorough discipline-specific assessments and provide evidence-based, patient-centered care tailored to women's health.
Collaborative Wellness: Work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, engaging in two-way referrals with our on-site physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care.
Patient Education: Provide individualized self-care strategies, lifestyle recommendations, or psychoeducation that align with our core values of patient empowerment and informed consent.
Professional Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and secure clinical records in accordance with your respective regulatory college/governing body standards and PHIPA regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Registration & Certification: Current registration and good standing with your respective Ontario regulatory college or recognized professional association (e.g., CONO, OOA/CHO, IBCLC/College, CRPO, CPO, CPTOG, etc.).
Insurance: Valid Professional Liability Insurance (minimum per your governing body's requirements, typically $2M minimum).
Experience & Focus: Experience or a demonstrated clinical interest in women’s health,
reproductive transitions, midlife/menopause care, or trauma-informed practice.

Contract Terms
Role Type: Sub-contractor (Independent Practitioner).
Remuneration: Split-fee / percentage model or room rental arrangement (commensurate with discipline and experience).
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling; you set your own practice hours within the clinic’s operating window.
