We’re looking for passionate animal lovers who thrive on creating memorable experiences for both pets and their people, and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Do In between pet cuddles, excited sniffs, and belly rubs, you’ll:

- Process sales transactions (cash, debit, credit) and handle opening/closing duties
- Assist customers with questions and provide personalized recommendations
- Prepare merchandise orders, banking deposits, and general paperwork
- Care for small animals (hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds)
- Clean and maintain habitats (small animal cages, fish tanks, reptile enclosures)
- Handle and feed live insects (e.g., crickets) to reptiles
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards (sweeping, dusting, general upkeep)




- Stock shelves and assist with deliveries (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Carry heavy items (pet food, litter, crates) to customers’ vehicles
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed

What You Bring

- Previous retail or customer service experience
- A passion for animals and their well-being
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Experience with POS systems (an asset)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation
