Role Description The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting prospective and confirmed podcast guests, confirming availability, and scheduling recording sessions and related meetings. This role involves managing calendars, updating scheduling tools, and ensuring all appointment details are accurate and clearly communicated to guests and internal team members.

The Appointment

Setter will follow up on inquiries, respond to scheduling-related messages, and coordinate any changes or rescheduling needs in a timely manner. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Canada,



and the individual will work closely with production and host teams to ensure a smooth flow of guest appearances and recording logistics.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly, listen attentively, and convey information professionally.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, including managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple appointments simultaneously.
- Comfortable with phone, email, and messaging platforms, as well as basic office software and scheduling tools.
- Customer service mindset, with a focus on building positive relationships, handling objections calmly, and providing a courteous guest experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when recording information, confirming schedules, and updating internal systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Canada and collaborate effectively with podcast hosts, producers, and other team members.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, customer support, sales support, or administrative roles is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in communications, business, or a related field is considered an advantage.
