Our client is seeking a hands-on Application Development Team Lead to lead a small team of developers while remaining actively involved in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. This is a player-coach opportunity ideal for a Senior Developer or Technical Lead looking to grow into a management role while staying close to the technology.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using contemporary Microsoft technologies.

Build and support APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Participate in architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Drive Agile delivery, DevOps best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to automation, reporting, and data-driven projects.

Required Experience

10+ years of software development experience.





Previous technical leadership or team lead experience.

Strong hands-on experience with:

C# /.NET Core

React.js

JavaScript

SQL Server

Azure

REST APIs

DevOps / CI-CD methodologies

Experience working in Agile environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

Manufacturing, industrial, or ERP-related environments.

Integration, EDI, or cloud modernization projects.

AI/ML, automation, and data-focused initiatives.

Experience working in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
