Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, lead technical design efforts, ensure high-quality code, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable web applications across front-end and back-end layers.
- Lead technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in technical skills and project methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into projects.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Solid proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React or Angular).
- Extensive experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
- Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring team members.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
