Change Management Consultant

Location: PCS CA, Toronto

Years of Experience: 7-10 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant to support the implementation of new systems and processes. The ideal candidate will deliver training, create user documentation, and facilitate smooth transitions for stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver training programs for current systems and processes.
- Create comprehensive user documentation to support system implementations.
- Utilize BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data visualization and reporting.
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Model processes using BPMN tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro).




- Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Mandatory Skills

- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with BPMN tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in change management consultancy.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 7-10 years of experience in change management or related roles.
- BA-Foundational experience is a deal breaker.
