Solution Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Solution Architect to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, reliable, and secure technical architectures. You will bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define the blueprint for our next-generation systems.

Responsibilities

- Architectural Design: Define, design, and deliver comprehensive system architectures (including cloud infrastructure, data flows, and application frameworks) that align with business goals.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate, prototype, and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms (build vs. buy analysis) that meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical authority across development teams. Provide guidance, mentorship, and architectural governance to ensure alignment with the defined technical roadmap.
- Stakeholder Management:



Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and executives to understand requirements, manage expectations, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Mandatory Skills

- Cloud Expertise: Deep proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly preferred.
- Architectural Patterns: Solid understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture.
- Strong experience in Banking Domain.
- Deal Breaker Skill: SDLC CI/CD.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in solution architecture or a related field.
