Responsibilities

- Design and develop architectural frameworks that support business goals and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of architecture with service management practices.
- Conduct assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement in service management.
- Provide guidance and support in the implementation of service management best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of architectural solutions to ensure they meet service management standards.




- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong knowledge of Service Management principles and practices.
- Proven experience in architectural design and implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud architecture and services.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in architecture with a focus on service management.
