We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Armored Assault Vehicle Crew Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining armored assault vehicles in a variety of simulated training environments.

Responsibilities include driving, weapons systems operation, basic maintenance, and communication with other crew members. Candidates should have a basic and general interest in military vehicles. Prior military service is not required but can be considered useful but not necessarily a plus. This is purely in a testing role, no combat or dangerous activity is envisioned.

Key Responsibilities

Operate armored assault vehicles in a safe and productive manner. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles.



Operate weapons systems under direct supervision (using simulation software). Communicate effectively with other crew members. Follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations. Participate in training exercises and simulations. Provide feedback to improve simulation software.

Qualifications

Good visuospatial skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing situations. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
