La Baguette et L'Échalote is seeking a highly skilled and professionally trained bread bakers to join our team. This is a serious, high-volume production role, managing over a ton of dough per shift and delivering a consistently high-quality artisan product. Graveyard shift midnight - 5 am.

Responsibilities

- Production of a variety of breads, mixing, rack oven and deck oven operation
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following recipes
- Ensuring product quality and presentation meets our high standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Proven bread baking experience including oven work in a commercial setting




- Knowledge of various bread-making techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality baked goods
