Position Summary The Asset Manager at Priveda Capital will oversee the financial and operational performance of a multi-residential property portfolio, driving value through strategic planning, budget oversight, and performance optimization. This role collaborates closely with the property management teams to enhance income, reduce costs, and ensure top-tier resident satisfaction, while supporting capital projects and investment analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership across all aspects of property operations with a key focus on leasing and income optimization
- Oversee and champion portfolio occupancy, income generation, and cash flow
- Manage post-acquisition integration and onboarding of new properties and teams
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure operational execution stays within budget parameters




- Identify and implement income-generating initiatives and cost-saving strategies
- Analyze financial and operational reports to develop strategies that achieve performance goals.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports, including market valuations, cash flow analysis, cost reviews, risk assessments, and operational efficiencies
- Develop and present investment analyses and applications
- Assist investment team with pre-acquisition due diligence and onboarding preparation
- Perform other duties as required to support the success of the company

Who You Are
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the multi-family real estate sector
- Strong knowledge of real estate finance, financial analysis, and operations
- Experience representing property owners and overseeing third-party or internal property management teams
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while collaborating effectively across multiple departments
- Decisive, self-motivated, hardworking, and ready to take ownership of results
- High-energy go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in using AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
